When people get caught up in the day-to-day “hustle and bustle” of life they often leave exercise out of their daily schedules and even worse they neglect to nourish their bodies with good foods and revert to eating unhealthy food. It's our goal to help you establish healthy habits in order to improve your life. We are dedicated to helping you and we are here to support you every step of the way.
Founder, Trainer, FAN Coach
I studied Exercise Science and Business at Indiana University. My very first job while I was still in school was working as a Personal Fitness Consultant for the University. I’ve been in the Fitness Industry ever since. I am passionate about health, fitness and nutrition and hope to share my knowledge with as many people as possible.
I’ve served as a Personal Trainer for 17 years, training people both in their homes, and at various gyms. Previously, I worked as a group fitness instructor as well as owned and operated a Dietary Supplement company.
At the age of 35, I had a massive heart attack because I chose to neglect my health and fitness and focused on work and family. The inside of my body didn’t match the outside for years. I ate horribly but worked out consistently so I looked in-shape but all the junk food that I consumed over the years had taken its toll. As I stopped working out, it didn’t take long for my body to take a turn for the worse.
I know there is no single approach to fitness and nutrition, but through my years of training and my own personal health I have come up with a system that works - a system that can transform your health and your body. It changed my life and it can help you change yours, too. I started training in 2011 and became a master trainer in less than a year alongside my husband, Brian. We have three children together and I have continued training throughout my entire pregnancies and beyond. This gives me the understanding and experience necessary to modify the workouts for expectant women and new moms. Fitness has come to me in many ways throughout my life, but nothing has touched me quite like personally walking someone through a full body transformation. Being healthy is my number one priority and walking someone through the journey of health and lifestyle change is one of the most gratifying acts I have yet to experience.
I started training because it provided me with such a sense of empowerment that I want to be able to share it with people in a way that couples having fun with being healthy. My ultimate goal is to inspire women from all over and aid them in uncovering the true meaning of self-worth, strength and a sense of beauty they may have never known they had.
I am very passionate about leading an all-around healthy lifestyle and fully understand that fitness and nutrition are a huge part of that. I am here to guide you through the entire process and help you reach your goals. I believe in YPB Transformation and have even used the program to achieve my pre-pregnancy weight after having each of my babies. I can’t wait to go through this process with you, and help you believe in it too.
