What is the YPB Program?

How the System Works

The beauty of our system is that it doesn't require you to jump around your living room or invest in a bunch of magic pills and drinks. All workouts are designed around 1 cardio piece, dumbbells, workout bench, timer & stop watch and a foam roller. Our system utilizes basic workout movements which incorporate:

  • Cardio Equipment (like a treadmill)

  • Dumbbells

  • A Workout Bench

  • Foam Roller

  • Timer & Stop Watch

Our program combines custom workouts with our Smart Eating System, Balanced Fitness Protocol, and our Personal Best Approach. You'll watch your health and body transform right before your eyes!

 

We will show you how to work through the system every step of the way by pairing you with a FAN (Fitness and Nutrition) coach that will help you understand how to get started and hold you accountable.

 

We provide you with the tools for success and support through our Facebook group and on-boarding process. This helps you get results faster, one-on-one sessions with our coaches, as well as support and encouragement from peers along the same journey as you. All in all we're here to help you achieve Your Personal Best.

What You Get

The YPB Transformation Program is a 1-on-1 training and coaching program that helps you transform your body from the inside out by implementing our Workouts, Smart Eating Plan, Balanced Fitness Approach and Personal Best Principle.

  • Lifetime access to the entire YPB training module of your choice. Each training module includes 3 Phases and 48 workouts including step-by-step instruction with videos and images.

The Gym Plan

There are many different types of gyms.  Some require a membership and some you may already have a membership to. Most of the gyms have all of the equipment you need for the program.
  • Your Local Health Clubs – most cities have at least one gym where you can pay a membership.  Almost all gyms have the pieces you need for this program.  Gym membership prices vary but many start at $9.99 per month.
     
  • Your Workplace Gym, Apartment Gym, or HOA Gym

The Home Gym Plan - Equipment Needed

Do you want to work out at home, but don't have the necessary equipment?

 

Don't worry, we have all the equipment you need.
